ROI for Main Contractor for Design & Build Walkway Canopy Replacement and Minor Roof Remedials at Whangarei Intermediate School

Several walkway canopy areas throughout the school site are in poor condition, with extensive corrosion and physical damage identified. Some guttering has had to be removed after sections became unsafe and came off due to severe rusting. Other canopy sections are within the reach of students and have sustained further damage, increasing the risk of injury and ongoing deterioration.
There is also a corner of a of building that students are able to climb up the blocks to access the soffit – propose to install a custom flashing over the edge of the building
Therefore, some spouting and downpipes need to be replaced and several canopies need to be removed and new ones designed and built to take their place.
