ROI for Main Contractor for Install of New Overhead Mains for Sprinkler System

The sprinkler system at Snells Beach School has been an ongoing issue for the past five years. There have been a multitude of issues from pressure dropping, to pipe connection failing, to new leaks forming in different areas. A consultant was engaged in November 2022 to review the existing fire sprinkler system, review reports and provide a solution to resolve the issue. This project is urgent as the school BWOF ran out in January 2023 and cannot be renewed until the sprinkler system is operational again. The solution is to provide a new main ring overground piping for the sprinkler system. This can include:
• To isolate and blank off existing compromised underground sprinkler mains
• Run new overhead sprinkler mains connection to existing sprinkler protected hall and classrooms
• Use walkway canopies structure for fixing mains pipe
