ROI for a Main Contractor for a Bathroom refurbishment at Devonport Primary

The School is planning to undertake these works.

Devonport Primary School is one of Auckland’s oldest schools and was founded in 1870. It caters for students in years 1 through 6.
The address is 18 Kerr Street, Devonport, Auckland.
The administration toilet facilities, adjacent to classroom 2, require upgrading along with the replacement of floor vinyl in several other classroom areas. The staff room kitchenette flooring and cabinetry also requires replacement. The scope of work is included within Fat Parrot Architects concept design drawings.
