ROI for a Main Contractor for an Internal Linings Replacements Project at Henderson High School

The School is planning to undertake these works.


The Project background is as follows and outlined in the ROI document;

i. General description of the project: Henderson High School is located at 21 Henderson Valley Road, Henderson, Auckland. This project addresses replacement of end-of-life floor coverings, wall linings and acoustic ceiling tiles across Blocks C, F, G, H, K and L.
ii. Outcome sought: replace end-of-life carpet, vinyl and other floor coverings, wall linings (including Autex acoustic wall lining) and acoustic ceiling tiles across Blocks C, F, G, H, K and L, addressing noise/acoustic comfort issues identified in the 10YPP and improving the functionality of shared teaching and learning spaces.

Site Visits are NOT permitted during this ROI stage.
