Radiology Services for New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF)

NZDF wish to select a preferred supplier or suppliers for the supply of Radiology Services who is capable of providing a full Radiology Services Solution for the New Zealand Defence Force.

The preferred supplier/s will need to:

 To provide all of the required components of the service
 Provide coverage and support opportunities in the Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Blenheim and Manawatu Regions
 Effective diagnostic consultation and management of a patient’s process of care
 Provide a prompt, efficient, flexible service
 Provide a cost effective service

Distinctive skills we will be looking for in a supplier/s:

 Proven skills and expertise in similar contracts (size; regional and/or national coverage)
 IANZ accredited Radiology Service Provider
 The ability to increase efficiency with designing Radiology services around the needs of the patients
 That Radiology services are provided in a timely manner to complement, enhance and/or support all other management and treatment interventions

All enquiries regarding this tender must be in writing through NZDF's SmartProcure message system. NZDF will endeavour to respond in writing to written enquires within two working days.

We envisage the Agreement will be for an initial period of three years with provision for two subsequent rights of renewal, for two years each (3+2+2).

Questions are encouraged and you may request that they are kept confidential providing that they are commercially sensitive. NZDF reserves the right to provide supplementary information to all Tenderers should a confidential question highlight a point requiring clarification to other Tenderers.
