Rapid Transit Bus Programme - Harbour Quays Interim Business Case and Design

This Request for Proposal (RFP) relates to the procurement of consultant services for delivering a business case (economic case), design documentation and providing construction support for the interim delivery of dedicated bus priority and associated critical urban design or walking interventions between the Lambton bus terminal and Kent Terrace. This initiative aims to enable a reduction of services along the Golden Mile to relieve capacity constraints, which is forecast to exceed 100 buses per hour in each direction in 2025.
The project is expected to be rapidly delivered with minimal civil works, with a construction period of up to six months, to allow for temporary bus shelter installation and real time information displays
