Fire and Emergency New Zealand (Fire and Emergency) wishes to engage a construction company to complete the construction and upgrade works at the Rarangi Fire Station to provide facilities that are operationally fit for purpose and safe for operations. The upgrade will include:
• Installation of showers & decontamination facilities
• Installation of Kitchen
• Removal of asbestos
• Seismic upgrade
• Construction of a locker room
• Upgrade to switchboard and lighting
• Replacement of corroded cladding and roofing
• Replacement of the siren pole
• Upgrade of comms room.
The site is located at: 252 Rarangi Beach Road, Rarangi.
A site visit is strongly recommended by Respondents to inspect the site in order to accurately complete their RFP response. The construction site at the above-mentioned address will be available for viewing on Monday 16th May 2022.
