Re: Request for Tender (RFT): Main Contractor for Roofing Replacements at Reefton Area School, West Coast

On behalf of Reefton Area School, Onus Projects invites main contractors to supply tenders to reroof approximately 900m2 of Reefton Area Schools A Block building.

Key Dates:

RFT submissions close: Thursday 21st May 2026

Intended contract award (indicative): 15th June 2026

Note:

Project Location: Reefton Area School

Address: 10 Victory Street, Reefton 7085 (Westcoast Region)

Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags to be accepted.

Works are to be completed during the school’s holiday periods with practical completion required prior to the 1st of February 2027

Works can commence as early as July 2027 subject to material and contractor availability.

Site visits are by appointment only
