Registration of Interest: 14 Ocean Parade, Pukeriua Bay Slip Construction Package

We require a contractor to deliver physical works to permanently remediate the slip at 14 Ocean Parade, Pukerua Bay. The scope includes strengthening the existing seaward retaining wall with a second row of ground anchors, constructing a short extension to the retaining wall where support and backfill have been lost. Then carrying out earthworks and slope stabilisation on the lower areas of the slip face (including planting), and providing any associated subsoil and surface drainage improvements required to protect the wall and road formation.
