Registration of Interest - Main Contractor for Block A Admin and Toilet Upgrade at Kaiapoi High School

The outcome of this project is to upgrade the existing staff bathrooms in Block A as they are tired and not fit for purpose. They do not meet modern bathroom standards for accessibility and hygiene. There is also the requirement to provide heating to certain areas of the block that currently rely on inadequate plug-in heaters. The new proposed heat pump solution will deliver controllable heat to all of the office spaces as well as providing cooling during the summer period that is currently not available with the current heating solution.
