Registration of Interest - Main Contractor for New Library Breakout Area at Kaitaia Primary School

Kaitaia Primary School has funding available to create a new covered outdoor learning area off the existing library this includes the following works:
• New covered veranda approx. 3m x 9m (timber rafters, Coloursteel roof)
• New retaining wall approx. <1m high x 10m long
• New aluminium stacker door

The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract. No Contract related tags will be considered. (Construction contracts for professional services and works). The Principal prefers there to be no drawings and specification related

Timeframes for the Contract Works are:
i. Indicative start date: 01/05/2026
ii. Indicative Due Date for Completion: 01/07/2026
iii. Limitations: School may be operating, work to be completed around school timetable.
