Registration of Interest for Main Contractor for New 104m2 Multipurpose Building at Ahipara School (Far North).

Registration of Interest.

The Contract Works required at Ahipara School is a new 104m2 stand-alone building on a concrete slab, refer attached plans.

The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract.

Indicative Timeframes for the Contract Works are:
i. Indicative start date: September 2024
ii. Indicative Due Date for Completion: February 2025.

Successful respondents will be selected for RFT at which point pricing will be required (no pricing required for this ROI)
