Tauranga City Council invites a response to the Request For Information – Unified Communications – Contact Centre & Telephony.

Customer services expectations are increasingly changing for organisations world-wide, and Tauranga City Council (TCC) is no exception. To meet our core outcomes, we provide a multitude of services to ratepayers, residents and businesses that rely on telephony and communication information systems.

We are looking to understand the capabilities of available Unified Communication solutions that could be implemented to address the immediate telephony needs of our contact centre and wider TCC organization, while also providing a platform for future growth and an improved customer experience to our community.

This is a unique opportunity for you to assist us in understanding Unified Communications offerings in the market that would meet the needs of our front-line contact centre and wider TCC staff and future customer needs.
