The Ministry’s Waters Services Investment Programme (WSIP) was established in September 2021, and is a multi-year programme of work that has been scoped to support and manage both critical health and safety and level of service water service risks, as well as meet the new regulatory requirements arising out of the government’s Three Waters Review, over an extended period.
