Please note that the supporting KiwiRail documents referenced in the Specification (including Specification Appendix 1 - Reference Drawings) and the draft Agreement will only be released to Respondents upon execution of a Confidentiality Agreement (refer to Appendix 1 of the RFP Instructions document).
