Request for Proposals - Supply of Patent Attorney Services

Pharmac invites proposals for the supply of Patent Attorney Services to Pharmac.

This request for proposals (RFP) letter incorporates the following schedules:
· Schedule 1 specifies the services for which Pharmac is requesting proposals and sets out the background to the RFP;
· Schedule 2 describes the process that Pharmac expects to follow in relation to the RFP; and
· Schedule 3 is the Response Form, which includes the information you need to include in your proposal.

If you wish to submit a proposal, please submit it to Pharmac via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) (www.gets.govt.nz) no later than 12.00 p.m. on 30 September 2024.

If you have any questions about this RFP, please post these on GETS prior to 12.00 p.m. on 23 September 2024.
