Request for Tender - Main Contractor for Block D Window and Roof Replacement at Buller High School

i. Replacement of end-of-life timber windows on the Northen side of Block D with new thermally broken double glazed aluminium windows fitted within the existing timber joinery.
ii. Supply and install manual window opener mechanism to all high-level windows as identified.
iii. Overlayed cladding on batten system on the northern side of Block D.
iv. Roofing – Removal of skylights as indicated and replace membrane roofing as per design documentation.
