Research on Young People's Understanding of Gender Equity and Pay Equity in Aotearoa New Zealand

Te Kāhui Tika Tangata | Human Rights Commission (the Commission) invites proposals from suitably qualified researchers or research teams
to undertake research exploring how young people (18-35) in Aotearoa New Zealand understand gender equality and pay equity.

This research will inform the Commission’s work on pay equity and gender equity, including human rights advocacy and education,
and support more effective engagement with young people as rights-holders, workers, tauira, and future decision-makers.
