Revised Procurement Update for AT Bus Services (Tranche 1)

Changes as per below:

The purpose of this notice is to advise interested parties that there has been a further change to the anticipated issue of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Tranche 1.
Unfortunately, we must now advise that this RFP is now formally on hold as we respond to the impact of recent weather events, substantively resolve overall fiscal and funding challenges and finalise the confirmed routes and frequency for this procurement.
Given this situation we provide the following updated indicative timing for Tranche 1.
Notification of RFP Issue: Minimum 4 weeks prior to RFP release (to enable readiness to respond)
Interactives Sessions: Within 3 weeks of RFP issue
RFP closing date: 12 weeks from RFP issue
Bid Presentations: Within 4 weeks of RFP close (Shortlisted participants)
Contract Award: Within 12 weeks of RFP close
Contract Commencement: No earlier than December 2024
