The KCDC intends to seek proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the delivery for the annual Road Maintenance of KCDC roads for an initial 3-year term with subsequent rights of renewal.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation to submit a tender to the Kāpiti Coast District Council (also referred to in this RFT as “the Principal”) for the Routine Road Maintenance for the KCDC road network. The contract is expected to start on 1 July 2025 and will run for a three-year period with a final end date of 30 June 2028, and a single right of renewal for a further 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.
It is essential that suppliers instill confidence in their ability to deliver for the community by effectively utilising our systems and processes. This includes leveraging tools like RAMM to maintain assets for the community's benefit and ensuring safety throughout the delivery process.
