Roofing Contractor for Roof and Gutter Replacement at Rotokawa School

The following items are in poor condition and end of life requiring replacement:
BLOCK A – Painted corrugated roof, painted clip-lock roof, Clear-lite roofing, the painted roof, skylight dome and all PVC and box gutters.
BLOCK B, C, G, Q, U – Traffic-able Clear-lite roofing replacements.

All works must meet MoE design standards minimum standard or Building code; whichever is greater.
