Rutherford Primary: Block 3 Modernisation Classrooms

Complete strip out with insulation installed along with all new wall linings, cavity sliders between classrooms, upgrading of all electrical including lights, power points etc. to new classroom configurations, replacement of classroom sinks and cabinetry, complete replacement of all vinyl, carpet and plumbing.
One toilet block is taken out to create break out spaces with all plumbing and drainage disconnected – sealed off outside of building, with cloak bays and lobby reconfigured. The other toilet block cloak bay and lobby to be the same with toilet area having replacement fittings.
All toilet blocks to have new aluminium joinery windows, the Fale room at the end of Block 3 to have new aluminium window joinery, sink taken out, alloy door to classroom, all floor and wall coverings replaced, staff toilet to be upgraded also.
