South Waikato District Council is establishing a panel of local trades services to engage local trade suppliers for ad hoc work. The panel will streamline procurement for sourcing local tradespeople to deliver maintenance, repair, and minor works across council facilities and assets. The trades services we are procuring are:

• Storm water, Water and Wastewater reticulation
• Hydro excavation
• Directional drilling
• Plumbing and drainage works
• Electrical
• Air conditioning servicing
• Refrigeration mechanic
• Concrete works
• CCTV Inspections of drains
• Sludge tankering
• Pump supply and servicing
• Vegetation clearance/spraying
• Scaffolding
• Tank water supply
• Timber supply
• Crane hire
• Welding/engineering services
• Carpentry
• Fencing
• Locksmiths
• Signwriting and installation
• Glazing
• Painting
• Pest Control
• Roofing
• Weed control
• Arboriculture

For this tender, a local supplier is defined as “a supplier who has a registered office, branch, warehouse, or production facility in the South Waikato Region”. Any suppliers who do not meet this criterion will not be included on the panel.
