Sector Remuneration Survey

We are seeking a customised remuneration survey that provides data on a range of specific roles within a unique sporting environment. This includes benchmarking against comparable positions in the broader not-for-profit sector.

The purpose of this procurement is to support informed decision-making around remuneration by ensuring access to relevant, tailored market data that reflects both the specialised nature of our organisation and the wider sector context. We also require information on the gender pay gap in the sector and for individual organisations to have access to their pay gap information.
