Security Services - Advanced Notice and Information Session at 11am, Friday 30 August 2024

Kia ora,

Following on from our Request for Information (RFx ID: 29352904), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) would like to invite your participation in an information session for the Security Services opportunity due to be released in September/October 2024.

MFAT wishes to secure a range of security products and services to support all 58 Ministry Posts globally (www.mfat.govt.nz/en/embassies) and our New Zealand based offices. These security products and services include technical security services (e.g. implementation of new systems and maintenance of the current assets) and technical design services for new systems.

Join us for the information session at 11am, Friday 30 August 2024 where our Project Team will discuss the proposed service approach. This session will give suppliers the opportunity to submit general feedback on how we can refine the requirements before the tender is released and support you to prepare for your tender submission. Let us know if you have any questions you would like us to address in this session.

Note that there will be a Supplier Briefing session later in the year when the Security Services tender is released via the Government Electronic Tender Site to ensure absolute clarity on the requirements and the sourcing process.

We intend to release the tender with more information via GETS before the end of October 2024.
