Oranga Tamariki is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor(s) to deliver seismic strengthening works for a facility based in Palmerston North. This project is part of our broader commitment to the safety, resilience, and longevity of our built assets in line with current seismic performance standards and regulatory requirements.
The scope of work includes structural upgrades to improve the affected building’s seismic rating, with a focus on minimising disruption to ongoing operations and ensuring compliance with relevant codes. The successful Respondent will demonstrate proven capability in seismic strengthening projects, including design coordination, construction methodology and stakeholder engagement.
Key outcomes include:
Delivery of seismic strengthening works to meet target performance levels
Timely completion within budget and programme constraints
Compliance with health and safety and environmental standards
