• This Request for Proposals relates to the purchase of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) — a cloud-based software solution supporting the full employee lifecycle at Selwyn District Council, including position management, recruitment, onboarding, core HR, performance management, learning and development, remuneration management, and offboarding. The solution may comprise a single integrated platform or a best-of-breed combination of products, and must integrate with SDC’s existing payroll system (Datapay), identity and access management platforms, and other relevant systems.
• The key objective of this procurement is to replace SDC’s fragmented, manual, and spreadsheet-reliant HR processes with a single, integrated, configurable HRIS that supports the full employee lifecycle, provides a reliable single source of truth for workforce data, and enables accurate and timely HR reporting.
