The project is the reconfiguration of an existing toilet block that includes incorporating ex. storage into the reconfigured space to form three unisex toilets. This is the registration of Interest stage of a two stage process for main contractor. The opportunity may be of specific interest to experienced building companies who have worked within the school/ Education environment and undertaken similar types of works in the $100,000 - $200,000 range.
