The purpose of this Advanced Notice is to provide notification to the market on Accident Compensation Corporation’s (ACC's) intention to conduct a tender process for Sexual Abuse Assessment and Treatment Services (SAATS).
The current contract expires on 30 June 2025 and we propose to have a new contract in place from 1 July 2025.
