Sexual Violence Primary Prevention: Strategic Programme Design Support for Implementation

ACC wishes to engage a Strategic Programme Design consultancy (or consortium/collective) who can help us to set the foundations for implementation of our bold and Te Tiriti o Waitangi-centred investment in building a sexual violence primary prevention system. This will involve capabilities and experience in leading transformation work to ensure our implementation project team is well prepared with tools, frameworks and advanced capability to manage large scale, complex, programme of work.
To help you decide whether this opportunity is for you, respondents must have and be able to provide evidence of:

• a strong knowledge of Kaupapa Māori, mātauranga Māori, te reo Māori and tikanga Māori and experience delivering this expertise within the public sector environment
• experience in leading approaches to design and/or implement long term systemic transformation programmes, including the complex needs and demands of addressing the systemic issues which contribute towards the incidence and severity of sexual violence
• a proven track record of engaging with Māori, whānau and communities and able to establish good relationships with individuals, whānau, hapū, iwi, hapori and other communities
• communicating complex ideas in accessible ways, and building organisational capability
