Shared Valuation Data Services (SVDS)

We are looking for suppliers to provide Shared Valuation Data Services (SVDS) to our member councils across the Waikato. SVDS has 2 categories of services: District Valuation Roll (DVR) services and Valuation services.

DVR services: Establishment, maintenance, and upkeep of a District Valuation Roll and supporting registers that meets the standards and specification of the Rating Valuations Act 1998, associated regulations, and rules and requirements of the Office of the Valuer-General
Valuation services: Provision of valuation services in accordance with the Rating Valuations Act 1998, associated regulations, and rules, and requirements of the Office of the Valuer-General.
