Small turboprop aircraft for fixed wing ground training aid use

The Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) Technical Training School has a requirement for a small number (three to four) of turboprop fixed wing aircraft to be used to train ab-initio technical trainees against the requirements of New Zealand Deference Aviation Rules (NZ DAR) 66 - Military Aircraft Maintenance Licensing, developing Category A (A1 and A3), B1 (B1.1 and B1.3), and B2 qualified personnel.

The purpose of this RFI is to update our market knowledge regarding what is available, at what approximate cost, and in what approximate timeframe to help develop the best procurement strategy to adopt going forward to acquire a fixed wing ground training aircraft fleet, and to help identify the associated risks.
