Wellington City Council

Smart Street Lighting and CMS Transition

Wellington City Council (WCC) is seeking information from the market to understand the breadth, capabilities, and indicative costs of current smart street lighting and CMS (Central Management System) technologies.

Wellington City Council currently operates a proprietary Central Management System (CMS) to maintain and control the majority of its streetlamps and related assets.
WCC seeks to understand whether there are alternative CMS platforms which are compatible with the hardware and infrastructure currently owned by WCC as well as understanding the market of other providers who can supply full Smart Street Lighting services that may meet our needs.
