South Wellington Intermediate School - Redevelopment - Bathroom Upgrades- Main Contractor

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation by the Ministry of Education to submit a Quote for South Wellington Intermediate School – Redevelopment – Bathroom upgrades – Main Contractor.

The proposed works is a bathroom upgrade to the west end student toilets. This includes:
o demolition of the exiting boys and girl’s bathroom on the ground and first floor
o create new unisex bathrooms including a number of accessible bathrooms
o works will need to be completed during school holidays and/or one level at a time
o difficult access via narrow driveway and student areas programme needs to be as short as possible to limit time school is operating with less toilets

This project is located in Berhampore, Wellington at South Wellington Intermediate School.
