South Westland Area School B & F Reclad Project

South Westland Area School is located in Hari Hari on the West Coast of the South Island.
This project will see the reclad of the school's B & F blocks, currently cladd with Asbestos. The reclad will use cavity wall construction complete with new insulation and aluminum joinery.
The construction of a large timber deck also forms part of the scope works.
The removal of asbestos is restricted to school holiday times only. Contractors that can not meet the keys dates provided for that activity should not tender for this project.
The project will take several months to undertake. Contractors will need to arrange their own local accommodation.
