Stratford Police Station - Re-roof

The roof at Stratford Police station is not fit for purpose due to the capacity of the internal gutters, causing water ingress into the building. There have been patch repairs to the roof over several years, but a longer-term solution is needed. There are also items on the roof that do not meet compliance.

IN SCOPE:
.Installation of a over roof solution on the main station as per the architectural drawings and specifications
• HVAC replacements and upgrades
• Fire and accessibility upgrades to meet compliance
• Installation of new handrail to existing ramp
• Installation of new roof access ladder
• Minor internal remediation works
• Structural upgrades and repairs to building
• As built updated with all warrantees and Guarantees handed over to Police for asset management
• On-going maintenance for the Defects Liability Period

OUT OF SCOPE:
Roofing works to the custody block of the building
• Loose furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Submission of building consent
• Decanting the site
