Supply of retail chilled non-alcoholic beverages

This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Tender for the opportunity to supply chilled retail beverages to the University of Otago Union, a commercial University owned business unit that provides retail and conference/event catering on campus at the University of Otago.

The key objective of this procurement is to provide a qualified supplier or suppliers of retail chilled non-alcoholic beverages for a contract term of four years with 2 options of extending the contract for 2 years (4+2+2).

We are seeking to secure a supplier that can provide:
- Reliable customer service
- Supply of the retail beverage refrigeration equipment within our operations,
- A range of quality beverages that appeal to our customers,
- A solution to provide merchandising within our operations,
- A value-add proposition that delivers benefits for the University community,

- Enhanced focus on sustainability in areas such as:
o Packaging
o Environmental sustainability

- An attractive pricing proposal
