TKMM o Huiarau - USB conversion and LSPM modifications - Ruatahuna

Background to the project:

The school has a student enrolled who is wheelchair bound and in order to accommodate his needs properly, an LSPM modification is required to Block B at the school. This involves upgrading the existing Toileting facilities to the dimensions and facilities equivalent to a USB (Universal school bathroom). In addition, protective fencing is being include along both deck areas North and South of the block to prevent his wheelchair falling over the edge.
