Te Puna Aonui seek to implement an enterprise platform that provides case management and workflow capability to facilitate connections and support to victims and whānau impacted by actual or potential family violence. The platform is expected to support business processes, information flows, reporting and data analytics across multiple government agencies. The platform should be configurable to meet our needs but must not require customisation. It should have API and portal capability, with tailored user interfaces. It will replace an existing system.
We need to understand what proven “off the shelf” technical solutions are available that will allow the agencies of Te Puna Aonui, and their non-government organisation partners, to manage, consume and analyse this diverse and increasing range of digital information efficiently and effectively.
