TOC Future State Investment Case - PS

This is a Professional Services contract for the completion of an approved investment case for Transport Operations Centres on behalf of NZ Transport Agency (NZTA).

NZTA is seeking a consultant that is experienced in the NZTA business case approach and has an understanding of transport operations. The consultant will develop an investment case that demonstrates the benefits of proposed initiatives to improve NZTA’s Transport Operations Centres, from both a monetary and non-monetary perspective.

In parallel with the investment case preparation, NZTA will be conducting detailed investigation into several initiatives to improve Transport Operations Centres. The consultant will be required to collaborate with stakeholders and workstream leads to incorporate the results of the investigations into the investment case, resulting in a comprehensive plan for improvement of Transport Operations Centres over the next 5-10 years.

Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box in two separate files (pdf format plus EXCEL spreadsheet Schedule of Prices).

The GETS file upload limit is 50MB. The files should be labelled:
• File No 1 – NZTA 12678 Proposal excluding Price
• File No 2 – NZTA 12678 Price
