TPV The Edge Building Carpet RFP

As part of larger programme of work to complete some deferred maintenance work on Te Puni Village (TPV), this tender is to replace the existing broadloom carpet through The Edge Building as part of TPV with carpet tiles along with some replacement of vinyl flooring through kitchenettes.

The University is looking for a tailored solution to replace the carpet through The Edge Building over the summer trimester while the hall is unoccupied by students. This project will have a hard completion date in early February to ensure the hall is ready for occupation by the incoming cohort of first year students.
