Taihape Grandstand Restoration Project - Lead Consultant

The Taihape Grandstand Restoration Committee (TGRC), in partnership with the Rangitikei District Council, invites proposals from suitably experienced consultants to act as Lead Consultant for the next phase of the Taihape Memorial Park Grandstand restoration.
The successful Lead Consultant will provide a single point of accountability for project and design management and will assemble, lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary team required to progress the project from Stage 1 investigation and definition through developed design, detailed design and Building Consent / procurement readiness.
Only Stage 1 will initially be authorised. Subsequent stages will be released only following the relevant hold point approval.
It is a key community aspiration that local providers are used wherever possible.
