Takapuna - Construction Main Contractor

Inland Revenue is undertaking work at each of its sites as leases come up for renewal and the opportunity exists to refresh and upgrade our sites following any remedial works carried out by the landlord. This refresh brings each location up to a modern, flexible and health standard.

Following a decision to exit from our lease from Byron Avenue and sign a new lease at Smales Farm, Takapuna, we engaged an architect and we are now looking for a suitably experienced construction main contractor to carry out the fitout works at this site.

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to submit a response for the Construction Main Contractor - Takapuna contract opportunity. This is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. After evaluation, shortlisted Respondent(s) will be invited to participate in the next step.
