Inland Revenue (IR) recently undertook an RFI for Talent Acquisition Tools, specifically:
- Candidate cognitive testing
- Candidate video interview recording
- Job boarding posting
- Reference checking

The outcome of this RFI was a decision for IR to carry out an open market RFP for:
- Candidate cognitive testing
- Candidate video/audio interview recording.

This is an advance notice of an RFP that is expected to be released on GETS in late January 2026.
