Talent Acquisition Tools - Cognitive Testing and Video Interviewing

Inland Revenue (IR) is a large Government Agency with the primary responsibility of administering New Zealand's tax system and other social policy products. IR's customer centric operating model requires a large number of Customer Service Officers (CSO). The CSO is critical to IR as a CSO is often the first line of interaction between IR and its customers.

IR's Talent Acquisition Team has the organisational responsibility to ensure recruitment 'best practices' are applied, enabling IR to have the best opportunity to attract and appoint the right individuals into these critical CSO roles. This procurement is specifically to find suitable suppliers who have the technical systems to provide:
- Candidate Cognitive Testing; and
- Video Interviewing services.

We are no looking to engage these services through a third party or service aggregator. We are looking for a direct engagement with a supplier or suppliers who deliver and support these tools.
