Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Orini ki Ngāti Awa – Block A Refurbishment Works – Main Contractor Services

The Requirement is for a Main Contractor to deliver the full scope for the Block A Refurbishment including enabling works.
The Contract Works required are:
i. Demolition and Making Good including associated electrical and data suitable for temporary admin accommodation.
ii. Recladding and re-roofing
iii. Internal alterations and fit-out (new internal partitions, relocation of kitchenette, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes)
iv. Upgrade of Building Services to suit new layout (Electrical, Data, HVAC, and Hydraulic)
v. Upgrade to Type 4 Fire Alarm System, integrate to sitewide fire alarm system, including Fire Brigade Connection
vi. External Works such as replacement of decking boards, construction of retaining wall, drainage, carpark, and making good of existing driveway.
vii. Refurbishment of the adjacent toilet block
viii. Removal of Asbestos, as may be required
