Supplier(s) should be able to supply some or all the below goods categories:

- Blue Top/Regular Whole Milk (3.25-3.5% Fat Content)
- Green Top/Trim or Low-Fat Milk
- Cream (Min 35% fat Content)
- Plant Based Milk (Barista quality plant-based milk, must include Oat, Coconut, Almond & Soy)
- Plant Based Yoghurt
- Catering Cheese (Grated Cheese, Sliced Cheese)
- Butter, Unsalted in catering sized blocks if possible
- Cultured Products (Yoghurt, Sour Cream, Ricotta, Cream Fraiche, Mascarpone)
- Fresh Cheese including Mozzarella, Bocconcini, Ricotta etc. (Must be fresh not a frozen product)
- Artisan Style Cheese Selection
