Te Papa Biodiversity Research Centre - Enabling Works Contractor

The Biodiversity Research Centre (BRC) Project is a programme of works to acquire a new site, consent, design and construct a purpose-built facility for Te Papa's natural history wet collections, allowing the relocation of the collection from the existing Tory Street SCA site.
Te Papa has purchased a new brownfield site at Dante Road, Upper Hutt where it intends to construct the new BRC. Detailed Design has recently commenced, and Te Papa intends to tender the main construction works in January 2024.
In parallel with Detailed Desing and main contractor procurement, Te Papa intends to complete an enabling works package over the 2023/2024 summer.
This ROI is for civil contractors interested in being engaged for the enabling woks package.
