Western Bay of Plenty District Council (WBOPDC) invites Proposals from aquatics services providers to operationally manage two public swimming pool facilities (Te Puke and Katikati).
This includes means the supply of services including facilities management, reactive maintenance, daily operations, lifeguarding, facility customer service, learn to swim programmes (inhouse or external provider), development of aquatic recreational opportunities such as aquarobics, community swimming, events, aquatic based events and regular liaison with WBOPDC.
Bidding options: The end goal of this procurement is service for both pools; whether delivered by one or two Respondents. Respondents have the option to bid for any of the following options:
1. Te Puke Pool and or
2. Katikati Pool and or
3. Both pools.
To enable the evaluation of multiple options, the Response Form requires additional information for some of the questions so we can understand how an individual pool, or both pools, will be managed. This is clearly indicated in the Response Form.
