Te Toi Mahana Mowing Services

WCC is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to provide mowing services in communal areas for Te Toi Mahana managed WCC City Housing Sites. Te Toi Mahana is the largest provider of affordable housing in Wellington and one of the largest Community Housing Providers in Aotearoa. They provide safe, warm and dry homes for almost 3,000 people across Pōneke. A list of the current proposed sites is attached at Appendix 2. All site maps under the scope of this contract are include as Appendix 3.

We require a contractor to provide:
- High operational standards
- Strong safety and compliance
- Timeliness and reliable service
- Responsibility working around vulnerable communities
